Remote Control: Notes

All Saab 9-5 cars are equipped with remote controls. Each car is delivered with 2 car keys with integrated remote control in the key header. This function is the same as in earlier variants, i.e. it is used to maneuver the central locking system, as a back-up for immobilization and for arming/deactivating the anti-theft alarm. The car key can also be used for earlier Saab 9-5 cars.
The remote control is available in three variants with different sending frequencies and ranges.
