Fuses & Circuit Breakers: Identification: Notes
WARNING:

WARNING:
Always disconnect battery ground cable before servicing high-current fuses. It is recommended that high-current fuses be replaced by a qualified technician.
CAUTION:
When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle.
NOTE:
- The windshield wiper motor is protected by a circuit breaker and a fuse. If the motor overheats due to heavy snow or ice, the wiper will stop until the motor cools.
- Circuit breakers also protect the power windows, power seats, and rear window wiper.
