Check Fuel Level Sensor Ground Circuit

Measure the resistance between fuel level sensor harness connector terminal and chassis ground.

Connector & terminal 

(R58) No. 2 - Chassis ground: 

Is the resistance less than 10 O? 

YES 

Check the fuel gauge. Go to FUEL GAUGE .

NO 

Repair the wiring harness.
