To remove

  1. Raise the car, remove the right front wheel.
  2. Remove the right wing liner.

  3. Mark the belt direction of rotation. Relieve the belt tensioner using 83 96 095 BELT CIRCUIT RELIEVING TOOL B207  and remove the poly-V-belt.

  4. Remove the crankshaft pulley using 83 95 360 HOLDING TOOL, CRANKSHAFT PULLEY  (shaft only) and 83 96 210 HOLDING TOOL, CRANKSHAFT PULLEY, B207  . Fold up the plate and carefully hold the engine down slightly with a bracket to gain access to the bolt.

  5. Remove the gasket using a 87 91 360 Extractor
