When the alarm is armed, it is tripped if alarm information reaches the TWICE control module at the connections given in the following situations:

PINOUT REFERENCE

Driver's door switch grounded Pin 61
Passenger door switch grounded Pin 60
Left rear door switch grounded Pin 12
Right rear door switch grounded Pin 36
Luggage compartment switch grounded Pin 35
Bonnet switch grounded Pin 41
Signal from glass breakage sensor Pin 58
Signal from tilt sensor Pin 19
Ignition turned ON with wrong key or ignition lock bypassed Pin 16
Any wires to the siren cut Pin 29
Car battery disconnected

When the alarm is tripped, the siren sounds for 30 seconds and the direction indicators flash for 5 minutes. If a door is open, this is repeated 10 times  .

To stop an alarm, it must be disarmed with the remote control. This is done by pressing one of the UNLOCK buttons on the remote control or by turning the key in the ignition  .

IMPORTANT: This type of alarm tripping is standard (on delivery). The flash and sound times can be reprogrammed as required for the market concerned.
