The terminal voltage of the battery is 12V. It has a capacity of either 60 Ah or 70 Ah.

The battery is located on the left-hand side of the engine bay with its negative terminal connected to the body. It has a protective cap to reduce heating.

Battery variants are due to market requirements and the car's equipment.

There is a drain hose running from the battery vent nipple along the wiring harness on the left-hand side with its outlet next to the LH fog light.
