Text Unit Min. Max. Description
Engine Speed (Bus from Trionic) RPM 0 7000
Vehicle Speed (Output RPM) km/h 0 250 The output shaft speed signal comes from a sensor on the transmission. Transmission output shaft speed is the same as the speed of the car.
Gearbox Input RPM RPM 0 7000 The input shaft speed signal comes from a sensor on the transmission. The sensor measures the transmission input shaft speed after the torque converter.
Pressure control solenoid mA 0 1000 The pressure control solenoid controls the fluid pressure in the transmission. The control module controls the solenoid by means of a varying current. The command shows the current flowing through the solenoid.
Pressure control solenoid bar 0 20 The solenoid control the fluid pressure in the gearbox. The control module governs the solenoid with varying current. The command shows the converted fluid pressure.
Accelerator Position (Wire from ECM) % 0 100 Information on the bus comes from Trionic.
Engine Torque (Bus from Trionic) N.m -100 400 Information on current engine torque comes on the bus from Trionic
Max Torque Gearbox N.m -100 400 Maximum engine torque for gearbox.
Gearbox Fluid Temperature
Gearbox Fluid Temperature Sensor
V
°C
0 -50 5 200 The transmission has an NTC sensor which measures the fluid temperature. The command shows the NTC sensor's input signal to the control module (V) and the signal converted into fluid temperature (°C).
Selector Lever Position P, R, N, D, 3, 2, 1 0 16 The gear selector position sensor contacts, A, B, C and PA, inform the control module which gear has been selected. It is identified and presented.
Gear Engaged 1, 2, 3, 3 + Lock-Up 4 4+ Lock-Up 0 16 Current selector lever position.
Solenoid 1 -2/3-4 (S1) ON/OFF 0 1 The 1-2/3-4 shift solenoid (S1) and the 2- 3 shift solenoid (S2) together handle gear shifting in the transmission. The solenoid operates when it receives battery voltage (12 V=ON). Status: Shift solenoid 1-2/3-4 1 OFF 2 ON 3 ON 4 OFF
Solenoid 2 -3 (S2) ON/OFF 0 1 The 1-2/3-4 shift solenoid (S1) and the 2-3 shift solenoid (S2) together handle gear shifting in the transmission. The solenoid operates when it receives battery voltage (12 V=ON). Status: Shift solenoid 2-3 1 ON 2 ON 3 OFF 4 OFF
Solenoid Lock Up (SL) ON/OFF 0 1 The Lock-up solenoid (SL) controls the lock-up function in the transmission. The solenoid operates when it receives battery voltage (12 V=ON). Lock-up is implemented for 3rd and 4th gears.
Gear selector position sensor ON/OFF 0 1 The gear selector position sensor provides the control module with information on which gear has been selected via 4 contact functions, A, B, C and PA. The status of all the contacts are shown at the same time.
