SAI Rear Inlet Pump Removal

  1. Detach the oxygen sensor connectors from the holder on the rear SAI valve by releasing the catch and pushing them down. See Fig 1 .
  2. Remove the SAI pipe mounting on the cylinder head. Remove the connections to the exhaust manifold. See Fig 2 .
  3. Remove the hose connections for the SAI valve and remove the pipe with valve.
  4. Remove the valve.
