Pipe from SAI Pump to Valve Removal

Cover the fenders and note the radio code if applicable.
Remove the battery cover, the battery with vent hose and the battery tray. See Fig 1 .
Remove the engine cover.
Remove the bypass pipe with valve.
Unplug the connector for the temp/pressure sensor and remove the turbo delivery pipe.
Raise the car and undo the turbocharger delivery pipe connection to the charge air cooler.
Lower the car to the floor.
Detach the hose from the SAI pump to the pipe and undo the pipe mounting. See Fig 2 .
Remove the connections to the front and rear SAI valves.
Remove the SAI pipe.
