Front SAI Valve Removal

Remove the upper engine cover. See Fig 1 .
Remove the bypass pipe with valve.
Unplug the connector to the pressure/temp sensor.
Detach the turbocharger delivery pipe from the throttle body.
Raise the car and undo the turbocharger delivery pipe connection from the charge air cooler. Leave the hose clip hanging.
Lower the car and remove the turbo delivery pipe.
Remove the hose connection to the front SAI valve by pressing together the clip and pulling back. See Fig 2 .
Remove the bolt for the SAI valve (use a deep 10-mm socket). Remove the valve.
