Disassembly & Reassembly

NOTE: Ensure new sealing rings are on rear cover drum support.
  1. Remove C-1 accumulator cover. Remove spring and piston. See Fig 1 . Remove piston "O" ring. Measure free length of spring. Length should be 3.07" (78.1 mm). Replace spring as needed.
  2. Install new "O" ring on piston. Install remaining components in reverse order of disassembly. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
