Removal & Installation (V6)

Remove upper engine cover. Remove expansion tank cap to release cooling system pressure and replace cap. Remove air intake hose from throttle body. Disconnect and plug coolant hoses from throttle body. Disconnect throttle cable from throttle lever. Unplug 2 electrical connectors. Unplug vacuum hoses. Remove throttle body retaining bolts and throttle body. To install, reverse removal procedure. Inspect throttle body gasket and replace if necessary. Spray electrical connectors with Kontakt 61.
