Removal & Installation - 9-5 Series

Raise vehicle on hoist. Locate EVAP shut-off valve attached to fuel filler pipe. Release cable tie holding wiring harness to filler pipe. Unplug and detach electrical connector to EVAP shut-off valve. Remove valve with a screwdriver and clean exterior. Remove top cover over shut-off valve. Unplug connector from EVAP shut-off valve and remove washer. Slide cover down to gain access to hose clip. Release clip and remove valve. To install, spray electrical connectors with Kontakt 61. Reverse removal procedure.
