ABS Warning Light On Continually
Break short-circuit contact strip at ABS ECM connector. If ABS warning light is now off, ensure breaker pin in contact strip is operating correctly. Repair as necessary. If ABS warning light is not off, check for a short circuit to ground in wire between ABS ECM terminal No. 21 and instrument cluster connector terminal No. 10. See Fig 1 . Repair as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring is okay, check ground and power circuits at ABS ECM. Repair as necessary. If ground and power circuits are okay, replace ABS ECM.
