TCS Throttle Body: Installation

  1. Clean all mating surfaces between main throttle body, TCS throttle body, and intake manifold. Clean surfaces on intake manifold parting line. Clean "O" rings in TCS throttle. Lubricate "O" rings with petroleum jelly. Install TCS throttle body. Connect TCS throttle body electrical connector.
  2. Install crankcase ventilation hose. Install 2 vacuum plate "O" rings. Lubricate "O" rings with petroleum jelly. Install and tighten nuts on TCS throttle body. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Install cable conduit. Connect all hoses to TCS throttle body. Install intake manifold and resonance box. Install engine covers. Test drive vehicle to ensure TCS operation.
