Preliminary Check

Check fuses. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Replace as necessary. Ensure voltage is present at anti-theft system control module 25-pin connector terminals No. 10 and 20 (standard anti-theft system), or terminals No. 10 and 25 (anti-theft system with VSS). See Fig 1 . Check operation of door switches, luggage compartment switch and hood switch. Check all connectors, wiring and grounds.
