Cooling Fan Motor

  1. For models without air conditioning, go to step 3). For models with air conditioning, unplug connector from cooling fan. Apply 12 volts to both Green/White and White wires together at connector to cooling fan. Connect Black wire to ground. Replace fan motor if it does not run at high speed.
  2. Disconnect wiring installed in step 1). Connect battery voltage to Green wire. Connect remaining Black wire to ground. Replace fan motor if it does not run at low speed.
  3. For models without air conditioning, unplug connector from cooling fan. Apply battery voltage to one terminal of fan connector. Ground remaining fan connector terminal. Replace fan if it doesn't run.
