Removal & Installation

If necessary, remove engine cover to access TPS. Unplug TPS connector. If necessary, disconnect large breather hose from throttle body. Remove screws and TPS. Note position of "O" ring on TPS. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure "O" ring is positioned correctly on TPS and is lubricated with petroleum jelly before installation. No adjustment is required after installation.
