Instrument Panel: Testing: Tachometer

Ensure fuse No. 13 is good and voltage is present at fuse. Turn ignition on. Ensure voltage is present at tachometer terminal No. 4. Verify terminal No. 5 on tachometer has continuity to ground. With engine running, ensure ignition pulses are present at tachometer terminal No. 3.
