Removal & Installation

  1. Drain coolant and reinstall drain plug. Disconnect throttle cable and remove bracket from throttle housing. Unplug throttle position sensor connector. Disconnect automatic idle control valve hose from throttle body.
  2. Remove turbo delivery pipe (if equipped). Disconnect coolant and vacuum hoses from throttle body. Remove throttle body mounting bolts and throttle body. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten throttle body bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  S.
