Power Circuit
- Check for battery voltage between ECM terminal No. 22 (Red wire) and ground. If battery voltage does not exist, check fuse No. 23 on power distribution panel behind glove box. If fuse is okay, repair Red wire to fuse No. 23 or Red wire from fuse panel to main distribution terminal on battery bracket.
- Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage between ECM terminal No. 35 (Green/Red wire) and ground. If battery voltage does not exist, check for open Green/Red wire from ECM terminal No. 35 to main relay terminal No. 3. If wire is okay, test main relay. See MAIN RELAY under RELAYS under MODULES, RELAYS & SOLENOIDS.
- Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage between ECM terminal No. 21 (Green/White wire) and ground. If battery voltage does not exist, check fuse No. 9 on fuse panel in engine compartment. If fuse is okay, check for open Green/White wire from ECM to fuse panel, open Green/White wire from ignition switch to fuse panel, or defective ignition switch.
