Hydraulic System Bleeding
Fill reservoir with brake fluid. Fit hose to bleeder screw. Place opposite end into container partially filled with brake fluid. Slowly pump clutch pedal several times and hold to floor. Break bleeder screw loose. Allow air to vent. Close bleeder screw. Allow pedal to return.
Repeat procedure until no air bubbles are present in discharged fluid. DO NOT let reservoir run dry or complete system must be rebleed. After bleeding system, check clutch pedal free play, disengagement and position.
