Pulse Air System

The pulse air induction system is designed to send air to exhaust manifold to reduce exhaust emissions (HC and CO). System consists of: 2 check valves, 2 air injection manifolds, 4 nozzles (at exhaust valves) and air supply hose (from air cleaner).

Fresh air from air cleaner is drawn through pulse air valves by exhaust manifold pressure variation. In exhaust manifold air is used for oxidation of exhaust gases to reduce emissions. Check valves prevent exhaust gases from flowing back into air cleaner.
