Master Cylinder: Disassembly

- With master cylinder removed, clamp master cylinder in soft-jawed vise. Remove seals from brake hose outlets. Carefully push primary plunger stop pin. See Fig 1 .
- Withdraw plunger assemblies and the loose plastic bleed cup from cylinder bore. Check components and replace any damaged. Inspect cylinder bore to ensure that it is not scored or damaged.
