Master Cylinder: Disassembly

- With master cylinder removed, clamp master cylinder in soft-jawed vise. Remove seals from brake hose outlets. Carefully push primary plunger stop pin. See Fig 1 .
- Withdraw plunger assemblies and the loose plastic bleed cup from cylinder bore. Check components and replace any that are damaged. Inspect cylinder bore to ensure that it is not scored or damaged.
