Speed/Position Sensor

This sensor senses position through a number of teeth on a ring attached to the flywheel. Three of these teeth are longer than the other teeth. When the first short tooth after a long tooth passes the sensor, the sensor sends a signal to the ECU indicating that flywheel is 60 degrees BTDC.
