Power Brake Unit

  1. Remove battery. Disconnect fuel filter mounting bolts and push to one side. Remove junction box from battery shelf. Remove battery shelf. Remove master cylinder. Remove vacuum nozzle from booster.
  2. Remove trim panel to provide access to foot pedal mountings. Remove pin retaining clip and clevis pin from linkage between brake pedal and push rod-to-servo unit. Remove 4 booster mounting nuts and booster. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed brakes.
