Intake Manifold Removal: Installation

  1. Apply sealing compound to front and rear edges of cylinder heads where intake manifold contacts cylinder heads.
  2. Install intake manifold gasket and position manifold.
  3. Tighten screws and bolts to specifications (see Fig 1).
  4. Reverse removal procedure for remaining components.
