Water Pump

Disconnect battery and drain cooling system. Disconnect all water hoses, and remove water pump and alternator drive belts. Remove water pump and camshaft pulley. Extract mounting bolts and remove water pump.

NOTE: If pump can not be freed by hand, tap lightly with a plastic hammer.

To install, reverse removal procedure.

NOTE: Install gasket dry.
