Replacing Column Bushings: Disassembly

Disconnect battery. Remove steering wheel, combination switch, and stoplight switch. Free upper bushing snap ring. Dismantle universal joint, then tap steering shaft downward, until lower bushing is free. Pry out upper bushing with screwdriver.
