DTC B1465-23: Glove Box Switch 2 - Signal stuck low: Action

NOTE:
This DTC may be induced by the driver operating the upper glovebox latch switch for longer than 60 seconds.
- Check the operation of the upper glovebox latch switch. Free the stuck switch or install a new upper glovebox latch switch as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the upper glovebox latch switch circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new upper glovebox latch switch as necessary
