- Check the operation of the park assist switch
- Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the park assist switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTC and run the on demand self test. If the problem persists, replace the control switch
