DTC C2006-12: Left Actuator - Circuit short to battery: Action

Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the left tailgate actuator circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness or install a new left tailgate actuator as necessary
