DTC C1A38-13: Rear Cross-Link Valve - Circuit open: Action

Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the rear crosslink valve circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear the DTCs and retest
If fault persists, check integrity of rear valve block connector. Repair or replace as required. Clear the DTCs and retest
If the fault persists, install a new rear valve block assembly. Clear the DTCs and retest
