DTC U2104-15: Trip Meter Reset Button - Circuit short to battery or open: Action

NOTE: To validate the repair run the engine for 30 seconds and check the trip computer switch functions, then use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check this DTC is no longer logged within the body control module

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the steering column left multifunction switch (trip switch) circuit for short circuit to power, open circuit. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
If fault persists, check and install a new steering column left multifunction switch (trip switch) as required. Clear the DTCs and retest
