DTC B1C55-12: Horn Relay - Circuit short to battery: Action

NOTE:
To validate the repair firstly run the engine for 30 seconds and check the horn function, then use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check this DTC is no longer logged within the body control module
- Install a new horn relay as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the horn relay circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
