DTC B1096-14: Wiper High/Low Relay - Circuit short to ground or open: Action

NOTE:
To validate the repair use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to perform the routine - On Demand Self Test. If the repair is successful this DTC will no longer be logged within the body control module
- Install a new wiper fast/slow relay as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the windshield wiper motor fast/slow relay circuit for short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
