- Check the security and integrity of the deployable towbar circuit connectors and rectify as required
- Check the deployable towbar hall sensor and the deployable towbar motor for mechanical failure and rectify as required
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the deployable towbar movement motor position sensor circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
