DTC B11C3-07: Power Striker Open Relay - Mechanical failures: Action

- Disconnect the startup battery ground cable. Check the cable between the closing motor and the main mechanism and rectify as required
- Check the integrity and security of the electrical connectors to the closing motor and rectify as required
- Check the mechanical operation of the door soft close components. Clear the DTCs and retest
