- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the infotainment slave controller wake up circuit for short circuit to ground
- If the rear seat entertainment system does not function normally, Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, ensure the infotainment slave controller is configured with the latest level software
- If the fault persists, do not replace the infotainment slave controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
