Vehicles WITH Multifunction Steering Wheel

Updating Tire Specification Settings: 

NOTE: Starting the TPMS learn mode through the on-board computer (multifunction display) is done using the right rotary knob on the steering wheel. See Fig 1.
  1. Push rotary knob in order to switch on the selection field.
  2. Select TIRE PRESSURE (or TPC on older models) with the rotary knob. Push rotary knob. The display changes to the Tire pressure menu.
    NOTE: To add tire type selections options not already listed in the selection field, see appropriate manufacturer service information.
  3. Select TIRE TYPE (or SET on older models) with the rotary knob. Push the rotary knob.
  4. Select desired tire. Push rotary knob.
  5. A display for confirming the selected type of tire appears.
  6. If PROCESS COMPLETE or NO MONITORING, SYSTEM IS LEARNING is displayed, learning mode will be initiated.
  7. Drive vehicle above 16 mph (25 km/h) until correct tire pressures are displayed.
NOTE: The message PROCESS ABORTED appears if the setting process is interrupted. All entries made up to this point are lost, and the original settings remain in effect.
