Teach AWS: Procedure:
- Replace AWS control unit.
Diagnosis: AWS control unit, control unit function, control unit replacement, refer to 69 68 19 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AWS CONTROL UNIT - AS OF MY 2006 (ALL MODELS EXCEPT CAYENNE S TIO TITAN) , and 69 68 K2 CALIBRATING AWS CONTROL UNIT - AS OF MY 2003 (ALL MODELS)
- Erase fault memory in airbag triggering unit.
- Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.
- Insert ignition key and switch on ignition.
- Read out fault memory for airbag triggering unit and check and correct other faults, if necessary.
