Caster Adjustment (Front Axle)

  1. Before checking, see WHEEL ALIGNMENT PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS  and WHEEL ALIGNMENT WORK SEQUENCE  .
  2. Measure front caster. If caster needs adjustment, loosen caster eccentric nut. See Figure . Caster is adjusted by turning caster eccentric (B).
  3. Tighten eccentric nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
