Removing DME control module

NOTE: Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.
  1. Open rear luggage compartment lid and lever out the clips for the carpet lining using the removal tool. See TOOLS  .

  2. Fold over the carpet lining and unscrew the 3 fastening nuts.

  3. Lift out the control module and push in plugs -A- -arrow-  and remove. See Fig 3 .

  4. Press in locking element -arrow-  of plugs -B-  and actuate latching lever -C-  . See Fig 3 .
  5. Remove the control module.
