Power Mirrors: Description
The heated power mirror assembly consists of mirror housing, mirror mount, base, motor, control switches and the mirror glass. Outside mirrors are operated by 4-way directional switch and a rocker switch to select left or right mirror, located on driver's door. Both mirrors can be manually adjusted if necessary.
Outside mirrors are heated when rear window defogger is turned on (except Cabriolet). On Cabriolet, exterior mirrors are heated by a push/pull switch mounted in the center of the dash. An indicator light in the switch will illuminate until switch is turned off. See Fig 1 .
