Trouble Shooting

With engine running, repeat proper tests. Ensure brake force is not changed during test. Charge battery and run engine. If Lamp 2 (Red) comes on, check following conventional brake system components:

Air in brake lines.
Brake line connections.
Brake pads and rotors.
Master cylinder and wheel cylinders.
Brake fluid level and cleanliness.
Proper installation of brake lines on hydraulic unit.
Recheck brake roller matching with "VL", "VR" and "HA" buttons.
Check ground terminals on pump motor and body.
Check positive terminal on pump motor.

NOTE: If all components are okay, but tests are not, replace hydraulic unit.
