Vacuum Servo Unit

  1. Connect vacuum pump to servo connection and check for leaks. Inspect vacuum hoses for leaks or restrictions. Check clutch switch function. Remove control unit harness plug. See Figure .
  2. Connect terminal No. 3 to terminal No. 5. Connect (push-button type) testing switch to terminals No. 7 and No. 12. Turn ignition on. With vacuum supply at actuator, operate test switch. Servo unit should move throttle linkage to full-throttle position.
