Removal & Installation: Rotor
- With the distributor cap removed, split the dust shield at base of rotor. Remove the dust shield. Remove the hex head bolt from rotor assembly. Pull the rotor assembly from shaft.
- To reinstall, the push rotor assembly onto shaft. Ensure the rotor assembly bottoms on shaft. Install a new mounting screw and tighten to 35 INCH lbs. (4 N.m).
