Installation Procedure

  1. Replace the two piece windshield glass stopper (1), if equipped.

  2. Replace the one piece windshield glass stopper (1), if equipped.

  3. Replace the windshield glass adhesive dam (1).
  4. Install a stationary window into the opening. Refer to Adhesive Installation of Stationary Windows .

  5. Install the air inlet grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
  6. Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  7. Close the hood.
  8. Install the rearview mirror. Refer to Inside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
  9. Install the windshield side garnish moldings (1). Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (Without Roof Side Rail Restraint) or Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (With Roof Side Rail Restraint) .
  10. Remove the double layer of masking tape from around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
  11. Close the door.
