Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter Assembly Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Fuel Sender Gauge Connector & Fuel Sender Gauge Arm

  2. Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector (1).
    3. NOTE: Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.
  3. Release the lock (2) and slide the fuel sender gage assembly to remove it.
